Principal Instructor’s Profile

Polly Kwok joined Cargo Claims team, Cargo Services in Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.(CX) since 1989. In 2004, Polly transferred from Cargo Claims team to Cargo Training team as a Cargo Trainer.

For the past 10 years, she was responsible for conducting cargo training courses to all worldwide cargo staff of Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd.(CX) and Dragon Airlines (KA) and external customers including Shippers, Cargo Agent, Cargo Forwarders. The cargo training courses include Initial – Dangerous Goods Regulations (Initial DGR), Recurrent – Dangerous Goods Regulations (Recurrent DGR), Dangerous Goods Awareness (DG awareness), Cargo Skills & Procedures, Cargo Claims Handling, Live Animals Regulations, Perishable Cargo Regulations, Regulated Agents Regime (RAR, Cargo Security Training for HK Cargo Agents), Air Carrier Management Representative (for CX/KA staff).

In addition, she spent time to develop computer-based training (e-learning) programmes for worldwide cargo staff and update the necessary training materials from time to time.
